Onboarding

​​1. MSA Signed

​

Once the Master Services Agreement (MSA) is signed, you can submit a Statement of Work (SOW) request per employee.

​2. SOW & Contract Drafting

​

Within 24 hours, we prepare the Statement of Work (SOW) and a draft Employment Contract for review.

​3. Employment Contract Customisation

​

Contracts can be tailored to include additional or specific clauses to align with your internal requirements.

 

4. Finalisation & Initial Invoice

​

Once the contract is finalised, we send it to the employee along with their online onboarding form. At this stage, we issue the first invoice, which includes:

• Our monthly fee

• One month’s employement costs

• One month’s total employee cost as a security deposit

5. Payroll Integration

​

Upon contract signing, all documents and employee details are securely stored in our CRM, which integrates directly with our payroll software, ensuring employees are payroll-ready immediately.
